In these Conditions "the Company" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" / "Savvas Georgiou" / "Healy & Sons" / "Healy's" / "SGW" means Savvas Georgiou Wholesalers incorporating Edward Healy and Sons; "these Conditions" means these terms and conditions; "this Site" / "Website" / "Store" means this e-commerce store website; "the User" / "Visitor" means the person, firm or company visiting the Site; "the Customer" / "Client" means the person, firm or company purchasing the Goods; "the Goods" means the goods, materials or services being offered; a "Trade Customer" means a customer who is buying the Goods in the course of their business; a "Consumer" means a person who is buying the Goods other than in the course of a business.
By accessing this website or placing an order you warrant that the information you have provided and that we have on account is truthful and accurate, and you agree to be bound by these Conditions.
We reserve the right to suspend the account of any user at our absolute discretion, including for any contravention of our terms and conditions.
This store is for the use of approved trade customers only and must not be used for any other purpose. You may be asked to provide evidence of trade status before your account is approved; this might include details of your own website, copies of invoices, headed paper or business cards, or similar.
Please note that as per the Sale of Goods Act 1979, "A 'consumer sale' means (one where goods are sold to) a person who does not buy or hold himself out as buying them in the course of a business."
The Chartered Trading Standards Institute says (about the Consumer Rights Act 2015) that "where a consumer presents themselves as a business (for example, by buying goods for personal use using a trade account) the law does not consider them to be a consumer, and their rights are therefore limited".
To use this store properly, you must have an approved trade account with an active username and password. If you are a Savvas Georgiou or Healy's customer, but haven't used your online account before, we might have already set up your account for you! Visit the reset password page, enter your normal email address and you will be sent your account details and asked to set a new password after you login.

If you are a brand new customer, we must approve your account before you can see accurate pricing or be able to place an order
You can register for a trade account here.
It is your responsibility when placing the order to ensure that the details, including sizes, colours, quantities required are all correct. You will be notified of any shortages or queries by telephone or email and alternatives may be suggested at this stage. Payment is due immediately and orders will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared.
Although we endeavour to maintain the accuracy of this website, placing an order does not guarantee that the product will be available. If there is an issue with the availability or pricing of the order placed, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. If this is necessary, we will contact you by phone or email using the details you have provided.
By ordering from this site you agree to pay for the goods by Credit Card, Debit Card or similar before the goods are dispatched. We do not currently support credit accounts on this site. Your trade discount level online may not be applied to all products equally and may not be the same discount as your telephone account.
If you notice any errors or have any queries, please contact us before ordering as generating refunds or credit notes after payment can take some time.
All prices are in GBP Sterling and apply to UK Mainland only. For non-Sterling pricing and non-UK delivery costs, please contact us.
Prices for all of our products are displayed per-item, but some can only be purchased in packs. In these cases, this pack size is specified in the main product title. Please be sure to order in appropriate multiples.
Example; If the product listing is for 'pack of 2', order in quantities of 2, 4, 6, 8 etc
In this example, if you order a quantity of 6 you will receive 3x Pack of 2 (6 items). You will not receive 6x Pack of 2 (12 items).
We aim to process all orders placed before 3pm on the same day and dispatch them by Next Working Day Courier to most areas of the mainland UK. Orders received after that time will be processed on our next working day. For orders to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Isles, Isles of Wight and Man, delivery will take longer and be charged for differently.
Depending on the shipping provider you choose, we may estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose when you place an order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and the weight for most items can be found on their Product Detail pages. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, weights may be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
UK delivery is free for account holders on orders over £125. Orders of £125 or less will have a carriage charge of £7 included. Saturday Deliveries and Timed Deliveries are available at an extra cost of £30 per parcel. Some orders may be delivered by our own drivers.
Although we make every effort to be as accurate as possible, all images, sizes and descriptions on this site are intended only as a guide. Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice, and images and packaging may differ from the goods supplied. In the event of any errors or mistakes made, the correct details will apply in all cases. Errors and omissions excepted.
Orders are usually processed within 18 hours and amendments and additions to a specific order cannot be made. Where goods have been supplied incorrectly or are faulty, any complaints or requests to arrange for replacement, exchange or credit must be received within 7 working days by calling, emailing, or contacting us here. We will endeavour to respond quickly.
We operate a secure site and will not share or supply your details with any other party unless specifically authorised by you to do so.
